• The Champion 2000+ is easy to assemble, with no screws, clamps or bolts and is easy to clean.
• The large feeding chamber reduces preparation time because fruit and vegetables don't have to be cut up small. The Champion 2000+ also pumps the juice out faster - less time in the kitchen, more time to put your feet up with a glass of fresh fruit juice or an icy fruit crush on a sunny afternoon.
• The Champion 2000+ is not just a juicer. You can make your own smooth nut butters, baby food, fruit sauces and purees. The homogenising function is great to make veggie loaves or delicious dairy free, enzyme active banana-based ice creams.

To extract the juice, it uses a masticating action, which turns the vegetable pulp into a ‘butter’. This pulp is then squeezed through the strainer, all the while ensuring that the tiny fibre-bearing particles in the produce aren’t prematurely oxidised.

With bottled juice, much of its nutritional value is destroyed and the resulting juice has an acidic effect on the body as opposed to the desired alkaline effect you get from drinking freshly made, cold pressed juice.

A Champion is very versatile

A large feeding chamber reduces prep time by eliminating the need to cut vegetables into smaller pieces. In addition to fresh juices, this unit can also make fruit sauces, baby foods, nut butters, ice cream, sherbets and everybody's favorite - fruit smoothies. Exchange a single part, and your juicer is instantly transformed into a homogenizer. A grain mill attachment extends your healthier eating choices to include grains and flours.
